These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (salamanca.app) and our app, provided by Salamanca whose principal place of business is in London, England. By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access the Salamanca services.

2. Registration

To utilise Salamanca’s services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Membership Fees

Members are required to pay a monthly or annual membership fee to access Salamanca’s services. These fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by law.

4. Reservations and Bookings

Salamanca acts as an intermediary between you and the restaurants. We do not guarantee that restaurants listed on the platform will be available, and we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the restaurant listings.

5. Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel their reservations through the app. However, frequent cancellations may result in limitations or restrictions on your ability to make future reservations through Salamanca.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You shall not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to undermine the security or integrity of Salamanca’s computing systems
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

7. Limitation of Liability

Salamanca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Salamanca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and, in certain circumstances, we may provide you with additional notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. As a condition of using Salamanca, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
